Collectively the Hambrook Hedgehogs preschool and after school club team has experience working in
thirteen early years settings which means that we have learnt from a
variety of experiences and come together to create what we consider to be a
great place for preschool children to thrive.
Between the team members we have experience of:
- reception and a Key Stage 1 classes
- running preschool parent committees
Staff also have experience of attending relevant preschool courses
including behaviour management, planning based on observations of the
children, child protection and safeguarding children, food hygiene,
health and safety, creating learning experiences in an outdoor
environment, sun safety, and forest skills. All staff have a full
paediatric first aid qualification approved by Ofsted.
In addition to hands on preschool experience, the team also has a wealth
of experience in staff management, coaching and training staff and
business organisation and management.
We also have experience of being parents and seeing our own children attend preschool. |
