Preschool Provision

The preschool is run by a highly qualified team who encourage the development of our preschoolers by learning through play. Details about the qualifications of the team, our experience and why we think you should choose Hambrook Hedgehogs preschool are available in our About Us section. We're very proud of the good rating with areas of outstanding provision that Ofsted awarded us in July 2011 and again in December 2014.  We encourage you to read what Ofsted said about us at this link.

We provide two and a half hour and three hour morning and afternoon preschool sessions as well as all day sessions between the hours of 9.00 and 3.00.  A healthy snack and drink is provided in the morning session with fresh water provided throughout the day. Children attending in the afternoon or all day will be required to bring a packed lunch.

Although situated within the grounds of Hambrook Primary School and therefore acting as a good feeder preschool for Hambrook, parents from across the Bristol BS16 area including Bradley Stoke, Winterbourne, Frenchay, Downend and Coalpit Heath have brought their children to our preschool after assessing our preschool provision.

At Hambrook Hedgehogs we aim to set our fees at a level that enable us to offer an excellent service but still remain accessible to families.  Our fees are reviewed annually.  Any changes to fees are notified to parents in a timely manner.
